My Journey So Far

20+ years in financial strategy

I spent over two decades in financial strategy and audit, working inside businesses where financial decisions had real consequences. I learned early that “technically correct” books don’t always tell you what you actually need to know to make smart decisions.

Understanding Online coaching

I became a certified coach and immersed myself in the online coaching world. I saw the unique challenges – launch cycles that create revenue spikes, irregular income that makes budgeting nearly impossible, and the crushing weight of being the sole decision-maker for everything.

The full-time transition gap

I noticed a pattern – coaches hitting $8K-$12K months consistently but paralyzed about quitting their jobs. Not because they lacked courage, but because they had no idea if their numbers were actually sustainable. They were making more money than ever but felt broker than when they had a salary.

I believe in making big decisions from data instead of fear, building sustainability over hustle, and giving people the clarity they deserve.
